Mouad Sayed is a CFA Charterholder with over a decade of institutional experience across M&A, private equity and capital markets — operating at sovereign fund level across the Gulf, Europe and global emerging markets.
He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Luxembourg and Spain, leading cross-border M&A mandates across financial services, real estate and industrial sectors. This early exposure to complex, high-stakes transactions at institutional level shaped the analytical rigour and fiduciary standards that define his practice today.
He subsequently joined institutions operating within the Public Investment Fund ecosystem in Saudi Arabia, where he served as M&A Manager and Investment Manager — originating, structuring and executing investment transactions across asset classes. He currently holds a senior investment role at a Gulf-based private equity firm, where he evaluates over 100 investment opportunities annually, structuring vehicles that attract institutional and high-net-worth capital.
Alongside his investment career, Mouad serves as Adjunct Professor on the Master in Finance at IE Business School, one of Europe's most respected business schools, where he teaches M&A, Corporate Finance, Private Equity and Capital Markets at postgraduate level.
He holds the CFA designation, passed at the top decile across all three levels — the most rigorous credential in investment management globally — and the CME-4 licence from the Capital Market Authority of Saudi Arabia, the specific authorisation for wealth management practice in the Kingdom.
